The conference will explore the importance of Soft Skills development and how this is linked to unlocking the full potential of Europe's workforce to achieve tangible, social and economic returns.This event will showcase some case studies developed by different Cities from the 2 Seas area and will be of interest to any individual or organisation involved in skills development including educators, training providers, support agencies, practitioners and employers.
