Furthermore, if the Lead Partner is a private or not-for-profit organisation, a bank guarantee or a proof of solvability has to be enclosed with the Application Form in order to prove the soundness of the Lead Partner’s financial position. If a partner is exercising an activity of an economic nature in competition with other operators active in the market, the filled in and signed ‘De minimis aid Form’ needs to be annexed to the Application Form.
