The Operational Programme is the Programme reference document. It constitutes the framework in which the Programme is implemented. It has been produced by the four Member States taking part into the Programme and fully describes the Programme priorities and topics of interest in which projects can be developed.
The Programme Manual defines the rules and requirements for the eligibility of a project in the Programme and for the management and implementation of approved projects. Similarly to the projects, Programme rules may evolve and sometimes some revisions are needed in order to ensure that projects can be effectively implemented. The ‘summary of modifications’ documents below highlight the latest changes brought to the Programme Manual.
