Your application needs to arrive at the JTS offices by midday at the call closure date in both signed original and electronic formats.

Please find also the template for the 2 Seas magazine. The first issues will be produced by the 2 Seas Programme approved Clusters. The template will be provided to the Clusters Lead Partners in three languages and in a format suitable for printers.
The Application Form needs to be filled-in in English. The sheet summaries_FR_NL must be filled-in in the relevant languages of the partnership. This will be the basis of the evaluation of your cluster by the members of the Capitalisation Working Group.
There are different Application Forms, depending on the size of the partnership:

The letter of support is the formal commitment of an organisation to the cluster. This template must be completed and signed by each formal partner, and submitted to the Secretariat with the Application Form.

The associated partner declaration is the formal commitment of the organisation to the cluster. This template must be completed and signed by each associated partner of the cluster, and submitted to the Secretariat with the Application Form.
De MINIMIS aid form (for project partners applying under the de minimis aid rule)
If a cluster partner is exercising an activity of an economic nature and which offers goods and services in competition (actual or potential) with other operators active in the market, it needs to enclose a ‘De Minimis Aid Form’ with the submitted Application Form.
