The 2 Seas Programme authorities and the Eco²Mobility cluster partners are delighted to invite you to the seminar "Ecomobility: new levers of change."
Thursday 18th September 2014
Aire-sur-la-Lys, Pas-de-Calais, France.

Eco²Mobility is a "cluster" to exchange knowledge and develop projects implemented in the framework of the 2 Seas Programme. It brings together partners from four Member States (France, Belgium, Netherlands, UK) who work to promote and develop initiatives in the field of sustainable travel, focussing on three specific groups of people: socially deprived, young people and tourists.

Following three workshops respectively in Ghent, Breda and Maidstone, this final meeting will present the opportunities and insights available to public policy makers and practitioners who seek to understand and influence behaviours in relation to sustainable travel.
While citizens increasingly expect travel solutions customised to their needs, infrastructure development and transport solutions for large groups are no longer a sufficient response. To support the development of active modes of travel and encourage modal shift, it is possible to design effective public policies that help people to choose what is best for themselves and for society in general.

More and more public and private organizations are adopting innovative strategies to accelerate the desired behavioural change among citizens, the user or the consumer.
This seminar offers delegates the opportunity to learn about new approaches to behavioural change and understand how to implement them.
